We are now seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Manager to take  the lead on the restaurant side of the business. 

The Role: 

As an Assistant Manager you will take full ownership of the front-of-house experience – leading from the front to deliver exceptional service, streamline operations and inspire your team to shine. With a strong focus on leadership you will foster a safe, supportive and high-performing environment and ensure delivery of memorable experience wanting our guests to come back for more. 

What you need to succeed: 

• Proven track record in running high- energy, high- volume restaurants on managerial level with strong understanding of front-of-house operations, 
• Savvy in stock and wastage management as well as staff scheduling and hiring,
• Advanced understanding of food hygiene, H&S, and all things compliance,
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for coaching, motivating, and empowering team members to perform at their best,
• Ability to handle big numbers without breaking a sweat
